Financial Assistance: We highly advise families begin their own scholarship fund through friends, family and spiritual community. We will be happy to provide documentation of the value of this summer enrichment educational program to present to potential donors along with a verification of tax-deductible, nonprofit (501-c(3)) status of ChildSpirit Institute with whom we work in partnership.
Camp Fee Discount: Every effort has been made to keep the tuition as low as possible, almost half of comparable specialized enrichment programs. In this light, no discount has been built into the fees. This way, no one is paying for someone else’s participation; more fair, more equitable; smile, be well! WE do offer tuition at a somewhat reduced rate for young people under 12 as a courtesy. However, please note... SMILE... we work just as hard if not more so to create valuable experiential learning experiences for this age group as for the older ones of you all.
Open to All: No person is excluded because of race, color, gender, gender-identity, species, religious beliefs or dis-beliefs, or national origin, or health. We encourage families to attend regardless of various childhood “diagnoses”; this camp is focussed upon the intuitive and aware human capacities. The resort location is in a handicap assessable hotel, and the Field Trips this year are also assessable by car. If your child needs this program, we will all chip in to make it work... this is a family after all!
Confirmation: Once your application and deposit have been processed you will receive a confirmation via E-mail, when available, or by mail. Please notify at once in the event of an error.
Cancellations and Refunds: A $25.00 registration fee is charged on all cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the opening day of camp. In case of illness, the camper may present a doctor's statement for full refund.
Liability Release Form: A Release of Liability Form is required each year! This form must be on file with the camp in order to attend.
Insurance: Your family health care policy is the primary provider.
