Intuitive Arts Education-Vacation Summer Enrichment Program

TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE AT CAMP-Conference:
1.   Select either the DEPOSIT or Complete Payment Options below now, OR Mail a check for partial payment now, For those participants making payment online, we will tally the transaction fee surcharge, which may be paid at the Registration Table on Sunday, July 11. 
2.  E/Mail us your completed info on the Printed REGISTRATION FORM  (PDF) or MS Word Registration FORM (Doc) Now.  We will send reminder E-mails for your next “installment”
3.  Reserve your Room, phone  or online Four Points at Sheraton; tell them Profound Awareness conference. You will not be charged until camp dates. 
The Meal Plans may be put on your hotel bill or paid by check prior to June 25, 2010.  (i.e. the Sheraton has no transaction fees attached, but our little organization does.) 
Let the hotel know that you are signing up for the Meal Plan at the time you call to make your reservation.  
4.   We welcome a donation for the Scholarship Fund (See “reverse scholarship” below). Our wonderful Camp Scholarship angels are dearly needed. 

PAI Intuitive Arts REGISTRATION, all ages 5 & UP $295.00 TUITION for INTUITIVE ARTS PROGRAM w/Field Trips, Sunday July 11 - Thursday July 15, 2010.  One field trip to gem museum, minimal cost extra.  Quantity: POST CONFERENCE REGISTRATION $72.00 Continuation of the INTUITIVE ARTS PROGRAM, Especially for TEENS & ADULTS interested in a national educational  and mental health dialogue and action orientation, Thursday July 15 -16, 2010. (Independent Children may spend the afternoon at the hotel swimming pool, and or we can arrange for a separate outing at the Y or other venue. Let us know your interest) Quantity: PRE-K REGISTRATION (age 4) $60.00 Pre-K Children's program is based upon numbers signing up each year. We have great program classes and welcome volunteers to support it.  Young kids are also  welcome in other classes with parents being mindful of others listening comfort.  Some Babysitting available at the Y next door.  Our walking field trips are stroller-friendly; if needed please remember to pack one. Quantity: "REVERSE SCHOLARSHIP" Contribution $50.00 Additional Tuition payment in any number of Units to benefit the work of the Institute. Quantity: Nursery REGISTRATION (Up thru age 3) $0.00 FREE. Some Babysitting available at the Y next door.
