THIS IS NOT A TEST!  This Awareness Questionnaire is ONLY provided to offer you the opportunity to reacquaint you with YOURSELF, with your current access to your BIOFIELD senses and SoulMind powers.  There is no score; you are already yourself; but please do let us know other experiences you’ve had so we can  add them to the list of varieties of human perception and expressions. This form works best with Internet Explorer.  It was designed in 2003.
